Favourite Food: Super hard to narrow down to one as I love all foods but I’m definitely thinking BBQ, I have a weakness for Potato Bake and Creamy Pasta Bake… oops! 😉
Favourite Music: All music, generally something that would help me get pumped for a training session.
What Do you like most about working at Red E? I really enjoy working for Red E due to all the wonderful people I have met and hope to meet in the future. I love to help the clients push their bodies beyond their limits and reach their goals.
Something my clients don’t know about me: I am a mad dirt motorbike lover and try to ride my motorbike with my partner as often as possible.
