8 Week Transformation Program Training Options

Our 8 Week Transformation Program  is a complete program, which means it’s so much more than ‘just’ the sessions and time you are with us for.

It’s not only what you do in those few hours with us each week that gets your results… but more importantly what you do in your own time!

You will receive nutritional support including recipes (hundreds of pages!),  success strategies to stay on track, workouts to do when you’re not with us, and of course the invaluable Support Forum to keep you focused – share your wins, check-in with your training, ask for help.  We are all in this together!

We can tailor your training options to YOU. How you like to train, how you feel most comfortable, what your time allows and how much support you need!

WOMEN’S GROUP FITNESS OPTIONS

LIFESTYLE PROGRAM

Only $42/week!!

  • Access to any THREE sessions in our Group Fitness Programs.  A huge variety of sessions are held in and outdoors – up to 17 each week (with this option you’ll get access to 24 sessions over the 8 week period!)
  • Monday – Friday at 5.30am, 9.00am + 5.30pm
    Saturday at 6.30am + 8.00am
  • Led by professional and experienced personal trainers
  • Support of like-minded women!

This option will suit if you have a busy lifestyle and know that realistically you will only be able to commit to three sessions per week, with the flexibility to choose the times that suit you best.

  • Access to ALL sessions in our Group Fitness Programs.  A huge variety of sessions are held in and outdoors – up to 17 each week (160 for the duration of the 8 week program!)  
  • Monday – Friday at 5.30am, 9.00am + 5.30pm
    Saturday at 6.30am + 8.00am
  • Led by professional and experienced personal trainers
  • Support of like-minded women!
