“The Final Countdown”
Our appropriately named seventh and final workout is a combination of cardio and strength exercises performed in a drop-set format of ten to one.
The first exercise is done for 100 reps – skipping or high knees
Then do 10 reps of the next seven exercises.
Go back to the beginning and drop off a repetition on each of the exercises.
So do 90 reps on skipping / high knees.
Then 9 reps of the next six exercises.
Continue in the same format all the way down to 10 skips and 1 rep of each exercise.
* Skipping / High Knees (100, 90, 80 etc)
* Thrusters
* Push-Ups
* Lunges each leg
* Shoulder Presses
* Jump Squats
* Bicycle Crunches (each side)
* Burpees
Tip: Time how long it takes you to complete the workout, and repeat it in a few weeks check the increases in your fitness!!
