Upper Body Circuit
This workout is focused on upper body exercises. We know not everyone has access to weights, so have limited the number of exercises with them required.
However to increase your upper body strength, I strongly suggest you grab yourself some weights, as additional weight is needed for most upper body strength exercises. Once you have them, you have them to use forever! In the meantime, fill some water bottles with sand or grab another weighted (safe!) object! Or do the exercises without weight.
This is a circuit workout. Complete three – five rounds of the following, depending how your body is feeling.
* Push-Ups x 12 (full body or half body weight)
* Tricep Dips x 15
* Shoulder Taps x 20 (full body or half body weight)
* Renegade Row / Hot Hands x 10 each side (unweighted option)
* Snatches x 10 each side (if you have no weights, perform movement without)
