“Leg Overload” Workout!
This is a lower body focused workout!!
It will be tough, it will burn… but you will be stronger!!
Work through the following exercises for 3 rounds.
* Squat + Side Leg Raise x 20 total
* Low Jacks x 30
* Curtsy Lunges x 10 each side (add weight if you can!)
* Rebound Squat Jumps (option: squat pulse + squat) x 15
* Hip Bridges x 20 (1 sec pause at top)
* Broad Jump + Shuffle (option: Step & Squat) x 10
Tip: Time how long it takes you to complete the workout, and repeat it in a few weeks check the increases in your fitness!!
