‘HIIT & TONE’ Workout!
This is an AMRAP workout which means As Many Rounds As Possible!
Set yourself a kill time of 15 minutes (or 20mins if you have extra time today) and repeat the exercises until time is up.
* Squat & Press x 15
(if you don’t have access to dumbbells you can fill water bottles with sand, or just use your body weight for a squat and overhead reach)
* Cross Body Mountain Climbers x 30 (total)
* Hand-Release Push ups x 10 (on toes or knees)
* Skipping x 100 (option: high knees)
Tip: Track how many rounds you do, and repeat it in a few weeks to note your progress!!
