2020 LBD Project Training Options

The 2020 “Little Black Dress” Project is a holisitc program, which means it’s so much more than ‘just’ the sessions and time you are with us for.

It’s not only what you do in those few hours with us each week that gets your results… but more importantly what you do in your own time!

You will receive nutritional support and guidelines including recipes (hundreds of pages!),  success strategies to stay on track, and of course the invaluable LBD Support Forum to keep you focused – share your wins, check-in with your training, ask for help.  We are all in this together!

We can tailor your training options to YOU. How you like to train, how you feel most comfortable, what your time allows and how much support you need!

WOMEN’S GROUP FITNESS OPTIONS

LIFESTYLE PROGRAM

Only $39/week!!

  • Access to any THREE sessions in our Group Fitness Programs.  A huge variety of sessions are held in and outdoors – 16 each week (with this option you’ll get access to 24 sessions over the 8 week period!)
  • Monday – Friday at 5.30am, 9.00am + 5.30pm
    Saturday at 8.00am
  • Led by professional and experienced personal trainers
  • Support of like-minded women!

This option will suit if you have a busy lifestyle and know that realistically you will only be able to commit to three sessions per week, with the flexibility to choose the times that suit you best.

ACCELERATED RESULTS PROGRAM *most popular*

Only $49/week!!

  • Access to ALL sessions in our Group Fitness Programs.  A huge variety of sessions are held in and outdoors – 16 each week (128 for the duration of the 8 week program!)  
  • Monday – Friday at 5.30am, 9.00am + 5.30pm
    Saturday at 8.00am
  • Led by professional and experienced personal trainers
  • Support of like-minded women!

GOLD PROGRAM

From $40/week

  • 1 x Semi-Private Training session in a small group environment – maximum of 6 to a session. (enquire for your investment for more than one session per week)
  • All the benefits of your own personal trainer in a small, supportive environment in our Red E Studio.
  • Bonus Access to Saturday 8.00am sessions
  • Upgrade for only $20/wk extra for Unlimited Group Fitness Sessions!

One-on-One Personal Training – From $55/week

  • 1 x One-on-One Personal Training session in our private studio (enquire for your investment for more than one session per week)
